Lua Viet Tours Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as Lua Viet) and Customers agree and commit to comply with the following terms:
1. Free E-Visa benefit only applies when customers simultaneously meet the following conditions:
1.1. Book tour with a value of 500 (five hundred) USD/person or more (or equivalent value);
1.2. Book the tour 30 (thirty) days before the departure date.
2. Customers are responsible for providing a scanned copy of ID card photo, passport photo (in accordance with the regulations of the Vietnam Immigration Department) and the immigration form provided by Lua Viet within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the Contract is signed.
3. Lua Viet submits the application and carries out E-Visa application procedures after confirming receiving information needed from customers. Within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of confirmation, Lua Viet will notify the E-Visa result to customers.
The Terms and Conditions of Benefits are written in 2 languages: Vietnamese and English. In the event of a dispute, it will be based on Vietnamese content as a basis for dispute resolution.

Miễn phí E-Visa
Công ty TNHH Du Lịch Lửa Việt (gọi tắt là Lửa Việt) và Khách hàng thỏa thuận và cam kết tuân thủ các điều khoản sau đây:
1. Ưu đãi miễn phí E-Visa chỉ áp dụng khi khách hàng thỏa đồng thời các điều kiện sau:
1.1. Đặt tour có giá trị từ 500 (năm trăm) USD/khách trở lên (hoặc có giá trị tương đương);
1.2. Đặt tour từ 30 (ba mươi) ngày trước thời điểm khởi hành.
2. Khách hàng có trách nhiệm cung cấp bản scan hình thẻ, mặt chụp hộ chiếu (theo đúng quy định của Cục quản lý xuất nhập cảnh Việt Nam) và biểu mẫu thông tin nhập cảnh do Lửa Việt cung cấp trong vòng 14 (mười bốn) ngày kể từ ngày ký hợp đồng.
3. Lửa Việt tiến hành nộp hồ sơ và thực hiện các thủ tục xin E-Visa sau khi xác nhận đã tiếp nhận đầy đủ thông tin của khách hàng. Trong vòng 14 (mười bốn) ngày làm việc kể từ thời điểm xác nhận, Lửa Việt sẽ thông báo kết quả E-Visa cho khách hàng.
Điều khoản được viết bằng 02 (hai) ngôn ngữ: tiếng Việt và tiếng Anh. Trong trường hợp xảy ra tranh chấp, bản nội dung bằng tiếng Việt sẽ được dùng làm căn cứ giải quyết tranh chấp.
